Lettuce Entertain You is a veteran Chicago restaurant group with decades of well-loved concepts under their belt. When they came to Nashville, finding millwork partners they could trust in a new market wasn't a given. Our longtime collaborator Powell made the connection.

Groups with internal design teams bring a lot of voices to the table. We provided full mock-ups and hand-selected wood tones alongside the owners directly — getting everyone aligned early made all the difference. Tennessee white oak was sourced and milled specifically for the project, running as full-scale wall paneling through both floors.

We also built both bars from the ground up, finished in leather and walnut tambour. The place is always booked. We'll take it.
