Alla Vita

Alla Vita is the other anchor restaurant in the building, serving a casual, family-style Italian menu under Executive Chef Lee Wolen.

The real effort here is the main bar — an eleven-foot-tall mirror, brass, and glass shelving built to catch the light. We constructed it from the ground up, alongside the wall paneling throughout the space.

The expo area is also massive, built to keep service swift across a restaurant this size. It's the kind of build that disappears into the experience until you notice how well it works. We were a bit skeptical of some of the finishes going in… namely a wall of belts, but once everything was installed, it really came together.
