A few years into Nashville, the Four Seasons decided it was time for a refresh. They brought in AvroKO — one of the top hospitality design firms in the world — and Dowdle took on the timeline knowing full well what they were signing up for. So did we.

Downtime for a hotel of this caliber had to be minimal. Mesa fast-tracked design submittals, stayed ahead of questions, and kept things moving. This project pushed us harder than anything before it — the most scope we've ever delivered in the shortest window.

The challenges were real: 30-foot ceilings with curved crown moulding, handmade glass pieces, floor-to-ceiling slats, and a level of finish that left no room for error. We took on all interior trim, curved door casings, glass, brass, stone, a full bar build with back bar casework and shelving, and custom upholstered wall paneling floating above the restaurant floor.

This one sits in our top five. We're proud of it.
