Philip Krajeck pioneered Nashville culinary legends Rolf and Daughters and Folk — next up, a 50-seat Basque spot tucked into a former Piggly Wiggly on Dickerson Pike. Lacquered wood, parquet floors, deep red leather banquettes, hi-fi sound. Warm, elegant, and just a bit offbeat.
Jordan Williams of Third Man Records designed the space. We built the seating, casework, and bar, and integrated speaker enclosures directly into the casework to support the hi-fi program.
Small rooms like this leave nowhere to hide. We love that.
