Mesa partnered with Holladay Properties, Isle of Printing, and Centric Architects to create a centerpiece for the historic Factory at Franklin. We designed and built a floating bar cloud with LED lighting, brass accents, and a custom leather armrest, reflecting the space’s craftsmanship. To complement the bar, we collaborated with Centric’s interior designer and Isle of Printing to craft custom furniture inspired by mid-century transit stations, industrial manufacturing, and modern functionality. Stools, chairs, tables, banquettes, and planters were all designed specifically for the Skylight Bar. Every element was thoughtfully connected to create a cohesive, unique space. Now open to the public, the Skylight Bar has become a gathering place within The Factory, where hundreds can eat, drink, and commune.
